We offer a 7-day free trial with full Pro access. No payment information is required during the trial period. You can explore all features risk-free before committing to a paid subscription.

2. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Upon cancellation:

  • You will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period
  • No further charges will be made to your payment method
  • Your account will automatically downgrade to the Free tier after the paid period ends
  • Your saved watchlist and account data will be preserved

3. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds under the following circumstances:

  • 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you're not satisfied with your subscription within the first 7 days of your initial paid subscription, we will provide a full refund
  • Billing Errors: If you were charged incorrectly due to a technical error, we will refund the incorrect amount
  • Service Unavailability: If our service experiences extended downtime (more than 48 consecutive hours), you may be eligible for a prorated refund

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Cancellations made after the 7-day money-back guarantee period
  • Partial month or year refunds for annual subscriptions (except as noted above)
  • Account termination due to violation of our Terms of Service
  • Change of mind after the refund eligibility period
  • Failure to cancel before the renewal date

6. Annual Subscriptions

7. Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Refunds are subject to Stripe's processing times and policies. Please allow 5-10 business days for refunds to appear in your account.

8. Disputed Charges

If you dispute a charge with your bank or credit card company without first contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend your account until the matter is resolved. We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any billing concerns.
