3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account
  • Not share your account with others

4. Subscription Plans and Payments

We offer multiple subscription tiers with different features and pricing:

  • Free Trial: 7-day access to Pro features, no payment required
  • Basic Plan: $9/month or $54/year - Limited trend access
  • Pro Plan: $29/month or $174/year - Unlimited access with all features

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date. You can cancel anytime through your account dashboard.

5. Free Trial

New users receive a 7-day free trial with full Pro access. No payment information is required during the trial. After the trial ends, your account will automatically downgrade to the Free tier unless you subscribe to a paid plan.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Scrape, copy, or redistribute our trend data without permission
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service
  • Impersonate others or provide false information
  • Use automated systems to access the service excessively

All content, features, and functionality of Trend Forecast Hub are owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

9. Limitation of Liability
